Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helped with allergies. At the age of 2 years, my GSD developed ear infections and began chewing his paws due to a food allergy. After trying several commercial foods with limited ingredients with no discernible improvement, I opted for Hills d/d potato and duck and he has had no troubles since. The d/d formula also maintained a healthy weight for him, which was important as he was in the conformation ring and herding arena as well. He's doing great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My dog has protein allergies. Thd d/d duck and potato food works! My 6 month old Lab/Chinook mix has an allergy to some proteins in regular puppy food and would end up with diarrhea. My vet and I tried different puppy foods, including sensitive stomach puppy food but we always ended up in the same condition, with an inflammed intestine and needing meds to calm it down. Since my vet had me try the d/d duck and potato formula, he's not had any relapses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This food has many flavor options for my pet. I have an white/tan pit bull with skin allergies and have been through a series of different medications and foods until being put on d/d. The change in his skin and coat was amazing and he has barely been on any medications since the diet change. I highly recommend this diet if your pet has allergies but also for any other reason, Hill's has great quality foods!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You know what is in the food It's limited ingredients to help with skin conditions. You know what is in you dog's food. If you have a question, all have to do is call the number on the bag. They tell you every single ingredient, they don't tell you "it's classified."

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rx dog food Our dogs like this however it's expensive. Our little dogs gobble it up. You really have to measure it out and limit them to recommended servings otherwise they will put on weight fast.
